Job summary

SANY America is seeking an engineer to design, develop, and validate mining loader systems at our Peachtree City, GA site. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable equipment for demanding off-highway applications.

Qualified candidates will have a mechanical/structural engineering background, 4+ years in steel-frame design, and hands-on experience with 3D CAD, FEA, weldments, and durability testing. Occasional travel is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or structural engineering required.
• 4+ years designing steel structures or frames for off-highway equipment.
• Knowledge of CAE/finite element analysis, weldments, and durability tests.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize high-load loader frames with multi-system interfaces.
• Use CAE and testing to improve fatigue life and durability.
• Develop welding/machining requirements and support FMEA, prototype evaluations.
