Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand needs and provide clear, accurate product information.
• Onboards and trains team members, serving as a subject matter expert for designated processes and ensuring smooth execution.
• Maintains athlete-first mindset, ensures products are ready for purchase, and engages athletes where and how they prefer to shop.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards per floor plans, signage, pricing, and inventory processes.
• Promotes customer participation in programs (loyalty, warranties, credit enrollment).
• Creates an inclusive store environment and adheres to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs.
