Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an OFE Specialist to manage owner furnished equipment across multiple Excellerate locations. You will collaborate with program managers, operations and procurement to align schedules and shipments, ensuring OFE content is delivered as a finished good.

Strong communication and leadership are essential to adapt to a geographically distributed project environment. The role requires 2-5+ years in related contexts with a focus on procurement, scheduling and ERP

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma + relative work experience.
• Experience: 2-5+ years of experience within FTI, Excellerate, procurement and/or other experience as determined by management.
• Travel: 10%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Excellerate Switchgear Program Manager, Operations, Production Planning & Procurement to ensure OFE deliveries meet production schedules.
• Supports order management within ERP related to OFE from master data requirements, order updates, and management for proper receipt and usage by material specification by OFE supplier.
• Communicates at all levels within the project environment and demonstrates leadership while adapting to a dynamic, geographically dispersed project setting.
• Meets Excellerate location needs regarding receiving, installing and shipping OFE content as a finished good by project.
• Manages timely updates related to schedules, resources, and issue resolution; escalates issues outside the project scope as needed.
• Identifies and proactively manages project risks and issues; ensures execution of corrective action plans; leads internal and external quality meetings.
