Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma + relative work experience.
• Experience: 2-5+ years within FTI, Excellerate, procurement or related.
• Ability to communicate at all levels within project environments.
• Travel: 10%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Excellerate Switchgear Program Manager, Operations, Production Planning & Procurement to meet day-to-day OFE delivery requirements.
• Supports ERP-related order management for OFE from supplier data to ensure proper receipt and usage.
• Communicates proactively at all levels and demonstrates leadership in a dispersed project environment.
• Manages receiving, installing and shipping OFE content by project and provides timely schedule/resource updates.
• Continuously improves communication, activities and processes for efficiency.
• Escalates issues outside the project scope and assists in resolving them.
