Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an OFE Specialist in Indiana to manage owner furnished equipment across panels, switchgear, buss and transformers, coordinating with Excellerate and procurement to meet production needs.

You will lead cross-functional communications, align delivery schedules, and support ERP data and ordering. Travel about 10% and work schedule reflects project needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Excellerate Switchgear Program Manager, Operations, Production Planning & Procurement to meet OFE delivery requirements.
• Manage ERP-related master data, order updates, and material receipt usage for OFE with suppliers.
• Communicate at all levels, lead meetings, and adapt to a dispersed project environment.
• Ensure timely receiving, installing and shipping of OFE content by project, with updates on schedules and resources.
• Continuously improve communication, activities, and processes for efficiency.
• Resolve issues in a timely manner and escalate when outside the team’s scope.
• Identify and manage project risks and ensure corrective actions.
• Lead internal and external quality meetings.
• Escalate issues to operational leaders and program managers when needed.
• Participate in meetings related to OFE scope at each facility.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
