Job summary

FTI is seeking an OFE Specialist to manage Owner Furnished Equipment across multiple Excellerate locations, coordinating schedules, deliveries, and supplier communications to support production plans.

You will collaborate with program managers, operations, and procurement, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution while maintaining high communication standards in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus relevant work experience.
• 2–5+ years of experience within FTI, Excellerate, procurement or related areas.
• Travel willingness around 10%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate OFE deliveries with Excellerate Switchgear Program Manager, Operations, Production Planning and Procurement to meet production schedules.
• Support order management in ERP for OFE from supplier master data to receipt and usage by OFE materials.
• Communicate proactively at all levels and lead in a dynamic, geographically dispersed project environment.
• Ensure OFE receiving, installation and shipping as a finished good per project, with timely updates on schedules and resources.
• Continuously improve communications, activities and processes for efficiency.
• Lead internal and external quality meetings and escalate issues as needed.
