Job summary

FTI is seeking an OFE Specialist to manage Owner Furnished Equipment across multiple Excellerate locations, coordinating with program managers, operations, and procurement to align with production schedules.

The role requires 2–5+ years in related fields, strong communication, and leadership abilities, with travel around 10%. Working hours are typically 7 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday, with flexibility to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with 2–5+ years in related roles.
• Experience coordinating OFE/procurement activities across multiple sites is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with program manager, operations, production planning and procurement to meet OFE delivery requirements.
• Support ERP-related master data, order updates and material usage for OFE.
• Communicate effectively at all project levels and lead in dynamic environments.
• Coordinate receiving, installing and shipping OFE content as a finished good by project.
• Improve communication and processes for greater efficiency.
• Identify and manage risks, escalate issues as needed.
• Lead internal and external quality meetings and coordinate with leaders.
