Job summary

Faith Technologies Incorporated is a dynamic firm spanning construction, engineering, manufacturing and renewable energy. It seeks an OFE Business Manager to develop and implement OFE strategy aligned with project needs to support production and profitability while limiting risk.

This role collaborates with Operations, Procurement and program managers to ensure timely OFE deliveries, manages ERP data, and drives performance improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement required.
• 5–7 years relevant industry experience required.
• Travel: 30%.
• Work schedule: 7 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday; schedule may vary, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Excellerate Switchgear Program Manager, Operations, Production Planning & Procurement to meet OFE delivery needs and production schedules.
• Supports order management within ERP, including master data and updates for OFE deliveries.
• Manages timely resolution of issues and escalates beyond the project team's scope when needed.
• Promotes a collaborative culture and upholds professional standards as a functional ambassador for FTI.
