Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an OFE Specialist to manage Owner Furnished Equipment assets and coordinate with Excellerate Switchgear, Operations and Procurement.

You will ensure timely deliveries, quality compliance, and effective communication across locations with a focus on schedule adherence and risk mitigation. This role requires 2–5+ years in FTI/Excellerate/procurement, a High School Diploma, travel around 10%, and flexible hours to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma + relative work experience.
• 2-5+ years of experience within FTI, Excellerate, procurement, or related areas as determined by management.
• Working knowledge of ERP and procurement processes.
• Travel: 10%

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Excellerate Switchgear Program Manager, Operations, Production Planning & Procurement to confirm day-to-day OFE deliveries meet production schedules.
• Supports order management within ERP for OFE from supplier data requirements and material usage.
• Effectively communicates at all levels within the project environment.
• Leads and participates in meetings related to OFE scope, requirements, and risk management.
