Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Supply Chain Delivery Manager to own OFE equipment delivery for data center projects. You will coordinate end-to-end planning, scheduling, and escalations with Construction, Engineering, Sourcing, and GC teams.

This senior IC role focuses on execution: maintaining trackers, driving recovery plans, and ensuring on-time readiness for ROS. Strong cross-functional collaboration and data fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in supply chain delivery or infrastructure program management on large-scale projects.
• Experience delivering power and cooling equipment for data centers or critical facilities.
• Ability to read and influence construction schedules (P6/MS Project) and link milestones to equipment delivery.

Responsibilities

• Delivery planning and schedule integration for OFE across sites in the portfolio.
• Supplier execution and escalation, including recovery plans with Sourcing and Engineering.
• Logistics planning and site readiness, including transportation, storage, and documentation.
• Risk management and reporting with clear leadership visibility into delivery status.
