The Owner Furnished Equipment Coordinator (OFE-C) owns OFE across the project lifecycle, coordinating with owner, vendors, design teams, GC, trades, BIM/VDC, and facilities for timely delivery and handover.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating owner furnished equipment and procurement processes.
Strong written communication and documentation skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional interfaces across stakeholders.
Knowledge of construction sequencing and asset data handling.

Responsibilities

Create, own, and maintain the master OFE log as the single source of truth for end-to-end equipment tracking.
Coordinate OFE requirements across architectural, structural, MEP, BIM/VDC and field teams.
Inform BIM/VDC of OFE design changes to keep project schedule on track.
Monitor procurement, lead times, submittals, and delivery windows; escalate issues as needed.
Track delivery, installation verification, commissioning, warranties, and turnover.
