Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc is seeking an OFE Specialist to manage Owner Furnished Equipment across multiple Excellerate locations. You will coordinate with program managers, operations and procurement to ensure on-time OFE deliveries, installations and shipments as finished goods per project requirements.

The role requires 2–5+ years in procurement, strong communication and leadership, and experience with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus relevant work experience.
• 2–5+ years of experience in procurement or related field.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and procurement processes.
• Excellent communicator with leadership qualities and ability to work across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Excellerate Switchgear Program Manager, Operations, Production Planning & Procurement to align OFE deliveries with the production schedule.
• Supports ERP-related master data, order updates and management for OFE from suppliers.
• Ensures timely updates on schedules, resources and issue resolution across locations.
• Leads and participates in internal and external quality meetings and escalates issues as needed.
• Identifies and proactively manages risks and issues related to OFE deliveries and supplier coordination.
• Participates in scope-related meetings and performs related duties as assigned.
