Job summary

Zachry Group seeks an Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) Manager to lead coordination and tracking of Owner/Client-furnished equipment for large-scale power generation EPC projects. You will ensure timely, quality delivery of major equipment data and interface management across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams, including third-party vendors.

A strong leadership and risk-management mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent proven experience in engineering and/or project execution roles.
• 6+ years of progressive EPC or major OEMs roles specifically on engineering and/or project execution.
• Deep knowledge of power generation equipment, EPC contract structures, and interface management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relationship and operating rhythm with key equipment suppliers across the power generation industry.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive OFE management plan, including tracking registers, open issues, interface matrices, risk registers, and schedules.
• Coordinate technical interfaces between Owner-furnished equipment and Zachry-procured scope with Engineering to resolve foundation, piping, electrical, and control system requirements.
• Support quality assurance activities, including FAT/SAT witnessing, punch list resolution, and turnover documentation that might impact Zachry EPC projects.
• Identify, document, and mitigate OFE-related risks; support timely resolution and variation/claim documentation when necessary.
• Prepare and deliver regular OFE status reports and presentations for internal leadership and Owner meetings.
• Drive lessons learnt across key equipment suppliers, projects, and customer portfolios.
• Support project closeout and integration of OFE documentation to Owner/Operator.
