Job summary

JobScore, Inc. seeks an Owner Furnished Equipment Coordinator for a Digital Delivery program based in San Francisco. This full-time role is remote-friendly and enables coordination from design through operations handover, ensuring OFE is tracked and delivered on schedule.

You will own the OFE log, coordinate with owners, vendors, BIM/VDC, and field teams, enforce AIR schema, and drive readiness for turnover, emphasizing documentation and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of direct experience in equipment procurement or owner-side coordination.
• Familiarity with OFE, OFCI, or FF&E coordination for data centers.
• Strong written communication and cross-team coordination.
• Familiarity with Asset Information Requirements (AIR) schemas and digital handover.
• Ability to read drawings, submittals, and equipment cut sheets.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the master OFE log as the single source of truth.
• Coordinate across owner, vendors, GC, design, BIM/VDC, and operations.
• Ensure AIR schema compliance using validation tools.
• Monitor procurement, lead times, and delivery windows.
• Support digital handover and turnover to facilities.
• Manage asset metadata and closeout documentation.
