Qualifications

• BSME or equivalent engineering degree.
• 5-7 years of experience in the rotating industry.
• Experience selling MTBF solutions; strong technical selling skills.
• Motivational skills and managerial ability; able to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage OEM territory with focus on Dry Gas Seals (DGS).
• Oversee sales functions to maximize customer satisfaction and ROI.
• Support national sales growth initiatives via End User, OEM & Distribution channels.
• Ensure timely quotations, reports and compliance with policies.
• Travel up to 50%, maintain on-time delivery targets.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and training records.
