Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell products and/or services to address customer needs through various sales channels (Used Parts, E-Bay, Branch locations, Website).
• Provide pricing and availability quotes to customers in a timely and accurate manner.
• Follow up with customers as needed.
• Close sales with potential customers by promoting Valley’s core values of availability, quality, and service.
• Sell additional add-on products or services to customers.
• Maintain customer goodwill by greeting and acknowledging customers.
• Record all sales and customer transactions.
• Follow prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of Valley Truck Parts, Inc.
• Work with dispatch to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Promote Valley’s products in a professional manner.
