Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sell the company’s products, services and/or solutions.
• Inform customers of promotions and upgrades.
• Qualify leads, identify decision makers, and determine customer needs.
• Coordinate with OEM account managers to develop service parts growth plans.
• Serve as the primary sales contact for OEM service parts opportunities.
• Collaborate with pricing, supply chain, operations and product management to ensure readiness and margins.
• Track service parts performance, pipeline and forecasts to identify opportunities and risks.
