Job summary

Nachi America is seeking a Technical Writer / Marketing Content Specialist to translate complex engineering topics into clear, customer-focused content across websites, white papers, case studies, and more. You'll blend writing, interviewing subject-matter experts, and graphic design in Canva to strengthen our brand.

Responsibilities

• Content Development & Technical Writing: Create technically accurate, engaging content across channels (website content, sales collateral, case studies, white papers, technical resources).
• Digital Marketing & SEO: Optimize content with SEO best practices, research keywords, and improve brand visibility and website traffic.
• Social Media & Content Management: Manage Nachi America’s social media, develop content calendars, and craft compelling social copy.
• Graphic Design & Content Creation: Design marketing graphics and promotional materials using Canva, ensure brand consistency.
• Email Marketing & Newsletter Development: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create newsletters and customer communications.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing; interview SMEs to gather technical information.

What You'll Do

Content Development & Technical Writing

• Create technically accurate, engaging content that informs and educates customers across a variety of channels.
• Develop:
• Website content
• Sales and marketing collateral
• Customer success stories
• White papers and technical resources
• Research industry trends and technical topics to create valuable content for manufacturing audiences.
• Translate complex engineering and technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly messaging.

Digital Marketing & SEO

• Optimize content using SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Support content marketing initiatives that improve brand visibility, website traffic, and customer engagement.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and marketing goals.

Social Media & Content Management

• Assist in managing Nachi America’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
• Develop content calendars and coordinate scheduled posts.
• Create compelling social media copy that aligns with marketing objectives.
• Support community engagement and audience growth initiatives.

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Design professional marketing graphics, social media content, presentations, and promotional materials using Canva.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop visually engaging content that strengthens brand awareness.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital and print marketing materials.
• Assist with graphic and video coordination for marketing campaigns.

Email Marketing & Newsletter Development

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and sales teams to create educational newsletters and customer communications.
• Build and manage content that supports lead generation, customer retention, and customer engagement efforts.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Interview subject matter experts to gather technical information and develop impactful content.
• Support strategic marketing initiatives that promote Nachi America’s products and solutions throughout North America.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
