Job summary

Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company in Grand Rapids is seeking an OEM Sales Manager with proven experience in sales leadership and account management to drive growth. This role requires leading sales teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering profitable results.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage CRM systems, and implement strategic initiatives to expand market share while upholding high service standards. This position is based on-site in Grand Rapids.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in OEM sales, account management, and leading sales teams.
• College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse customer base; good verbal and written communication skills.
