Job summary

Knape & Vogt Manufacturing Company in Grand Rapids seeks an OEM Sales Account Manager with strong industrial sales and account management experience to drive revenue with original equipment manufacturers and key distributors.

You will identify opportunities, manage accounts, coordinate product launches, and negotiate pricing while building lasting relationships across multiple channels to sustain competitive growth and wallet share.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in Industrial Sales and Account Management.
• College degree in Business Marketing or comparable experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across a diverse customer base; the ability to deal with individuals at all levels both inside and outside the organization.
• The ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently and effectively.
• Strong problem solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify New Revenue Opportunities lead profitable sales growth through anticipation analysis and action
• Increase Wallet Share
• Lead efforts to increase wallet share through customer satisfaction and engagement competitor weakness acquisition and strategic alliances
• Lead Account Management Activities lead essential account management duties such as execute new productprogram launches price changes etc
• Other duties as assigned
