Job summary

AHK is seeking an OEM Sales Manager - Injection Molding to grow our US OEM footprint in the automotive sector and related markets. You will lead client development, negotiate terms, and drive end-to-end orders from RFQs to delivery.

You will travel within the US, Canada, and internationally as needed, coordinating with global teams and reporting to the CEO & President. A startup-like US operation with European HQ support provides growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in automotive sales or account management.
• Knowledge/experience of injection molding or plastic manufacturing in automotive industry.
• Track record of managing sales activities of others to achieve revenue objectives.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within US, Canada, and internationally.
• Collaborative attitude and focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Identify and locate new clients through networking and cold calls.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for OEM accounts.
• Manage the entire sales process and ensure projects are developed and delivered on time and budget.
• Answer RFQs, negotiate prices, terms, and service agreements; prepare contracts and submit orders.
• Collaborate with purchasing departments and staff to ensure accurate processing of orders.
• Coordinate with global key account team to align sales strategies for OEM accounts.
