Key Focus Areas:

• Improve OEE through increased machine uptime and efficiency
• Drive labor productivity through automation and shift optimization
• Reduce inventory levels using lean principles and real-time material tracking
• Lower scrap and defect rates while improving first-pass yield
• Strengthen safety performance and compliance

Strategic Projects:

• Lead RJG eDART implementation and process optimization
• Deploy a real-time injection press scheduling system
• Drive tooling optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal Background:

• Injection molding manufacturing leadership experience
• Automotive, Tier 1, or OEM supplier experience
