Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an OEM Territory Sales Engineer to drive sales to OEMs from a home-based location. The role targets motion control and related sectors, with a base salary of 90,000 to 130,000 and up to 60% weekly travel.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and have 3–5 years of technical sales experience, plus strong CRM and PowerPoint skills and excellent communication. A valid driver's license and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 3-5 years of technical sales experience, including selling to OEMs, ideally within the Motion Control or related sector ( Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Bearings, Robotics, Automation ).
• Proven ability in managing sales territories and achieving growth objectives.
• Expertise in CRM tools and PowerPoint presentations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and solve day-to-day challenges.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% weekly. Must have a valid driver's license and state-required insurance.
