Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of successful experience selling technical products within industrial markets.
• Experience working through distributor, manufacturer representative, or channel partner networks.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

Responsibilities

• Developing, managing, and strengthening relationships with authorized channel partners and manufacturer representatives throughout the territory.
• Coaching and supporting partner inside and outside sales teams to improve performance and market penetration.
• Leading technical sales opportunities from identification through successful order closure.
• Delivering technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training programs to customers and channel partners.
• Managing a robust pipeline through Salesforce CRM and maintaining opportunity visibility.
