Prismhr Hire is seeking a Director of OEM Sales to lead regional OEM sales efforts. The role is remote with travel throughout the region, requiring strong OEM relationships and management of manufacturer representative groups.

Director of OEM Sales – Remote with travel

MUST HAVE 5 plus years of recent OEM versus aftermarket

A growing company in the HVAC industry is seeking a Director of OEM Sales to lead regional OEM sales efforts and support continued business growth. This role is suited for someone with strong experience managing OEM relationships and manufacturer representative groups. The role is remote with travel throughout the region as needed.

Compensation

• - Base salary: 140-150K plus strong bonus plan

• - Must be located in within the Central or Eastern time zones
• - Ability to travel as needed with remote office
