Job summary

Snap-On Tools is seeking a Program Manager for OEM-based Approved Dealer Tool and Equipment Programs. You will be the primary client contact, manage tool development and sourcing, and oversee warehouse stocking levels for follow-on sales.

You will coordinate with customer service, manage escalations, and liaise with the web development team for content and pricing while ensuring timely project completion and maintaining the program database.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in account, program, or project management.
• OEM service experience or dealership service knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead in a matrix environment and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% for trade shows and visits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for OEM tool and equipment programs.
• Ensure client timelines are met and inquiries are resolved promptly.
• Escalate and resolve customer issues and maintain relationships.
• Monitor tool inventory levels and assist with stocking and reorder points.
• Collaborate with web team on new content, pricing, and enhancements.
• Maintain the program database and generate monthly transaction reports.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, pricing, and production timing.
