Job summary

Clampco Products, Inc. seeks an onsite Program Sales Engineer to drive new business and manage existing OEM accounts. You will work with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams including engineering to ensure quotes convert to production launches.

The role emphasizes APQP leadership, cost estimates, and collaboration with Marketing and Quality to meet customer needs while supporting growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales/program management in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of APQP/quality documentation and AS9100/ISO basics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategy for new business sales with targeted accounts.
• Prepare bid packages and APQP documentation for quotes.
• Manage projects from quote to production launch with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical product support and suggest configuration improvements.
• Lead APQP program launches and manage pre-launch processes.
