Job summary

CSP Innovations, Inc. in Auburn Hills seeks an experienced EOL Program Manager to oversee service contracts, tooling disposition, and program reviews across engineering, sales, and operations. You will drive pricing strategies, coordinate OEM engagements, and ensure on-time milestones while maintaining cost targets.

The role requires managing One-Time Buy decisions, forecasting demand, and aligning tooling and inventory with customer contracts and IATF 16949 requirements.

Qualifications

• Education in a technical or business field related to automotive programs.
• Experience leading automotive programs through end-of-production and service transitions.
• Familiarity with composite manufacturing processes (SMC, RTM, CFRP) preferred.
• Experience with OEM portals, service contracts, and aftermarket supply chain dynamics.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, and core tools (FMEA, Control Plans, MSA).

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer service contracts for programs transitioning to service life.
• Develop pricing strategies and obtain approvals from Sales Director before customer outreach.
• Negotiate and execute service agreements with OEMs, defining scope and lead times.
• Track service program milestones, performance metrics, and cost against commitments.
• Lead EOL program reviews with cross-functional teams and communicate status to leadership.
• Coordinate One-Time Buy (OTB) decisions, demand forecasting, and financial arrangements.
• Oversee tooling tracking, disposition, and transfers for continued service production.
