Job summary

Repligen is seeking an OEM Fluid Management Bioprocess Sales Specialist to develop and grow strategic relationships with original equipment manufacturers serving the biopharmaceutical industry.

This role combines strong commercial skills with deep knowledge of bioprocess systems and single‑use technologies. You will partner with engineering, product management, sourcing, quality, and commercial teams to establish Repligen as a preferred supplier.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in bioprocessing or life sciences markets; OEM exposure preferred.
• Experience selling to OEMs, system integrators, or equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic OEM sales plan across the fluid management market.
• Identify OEM opportunities and convert them into designed‑in solutions.
• Establish and manage strategic OEM partnerships and account plans.
• Negotiate terms, forecast, and manage supply arrangements with leadership.
• Travel 30–50% for customer visits and industry events.
