Job summary

Repligen seeks an OEM Fluid Management Bioprocess Sales Specialist to grow OEM relationships in the biopharmaceutical market. You will identify opportunities to embed Repligen’s fluid management products into OEM platforms and lead cross-functional teams to win programs.

Responsibilities include developing strategic OEM plans, managing key accounts, and negotiating terms while collaborating with engineering, sourcing, quality, and product management. Travel 30–50% globally is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or related field.
• Experience with single-use technologies, consumables, filtration, chromatography, fluid management, or bioprocess systems.
• 5+ years in bioprocessing or related markets; OEM experience preferred.
• Ability to translate complex technical needs into commercial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic OEM sales plan for fluid management products.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize OEM opportunities across platforms.
• Build relationships with OEM decision-makers and drive pipeline from concept to supply.
• Establish long-term strategic partnerships and manage account plans and forecasts.
