Job summary

Berry Aviation, Inc. seeks a Project Accountant for the On Demand Cargo unit to manage financials for ODC trips, including invoicing, cost tracking, and variance analysis. You will work with the Director of ODC and Corporate Accounting to ensure accurate reporting.

Responsibilities include setting up projects, maintaining records, reviewing invoices, coordinating with AP/AR, and supporting budgeting and forecasts. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of accounting software are essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of accounting, finance, or project accounting experience.
• Experience with financial analysis, invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, or related functions.
• Experience using accounting software; familiarity with aviation operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and track project costs, invoicing, and revenue for ODC projects.
• Prepare customer invoices and reconcile vendor invoices against supporting documents.
• Monitor timekeeping, payroll support, and labor cost allocation for projects.
• Produce management reports and variance analyses for leadership.
