Berry Aviation seeks a senior Controller to lead finance and accounting functions, ensure GAAP-compliant reporting, and manage close, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.

You will partner with executives on financial planning, analyze performance, oversee cost and inventory accounting, and support government contracting compliance (FAR/DCAA). This role demands strong leadership and integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with government contracting accounting and compliance (FAR and DCAA).
• Ten+ years of progressively responsible accounting/financial management experience.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred.
• Aerospace/defense or government contracting industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead finance and accounting, maintain policies and internal controls.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closes and GAAP reporting.
• Oversee financial reporting integrity and compliance.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor financial performance and analyze variances.
• Support cash forecasting and working capital management.
• Coordinate external audits and government contracting compliance.
