Job summary

Home Depot is seeking a Manager of Organizational Development to design and implement OD solutions aligned to business strategy. You will analyze data to close gaps between current and desired states, lead workstreams, and manage change adoption.

The role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision making. Responsibilities include leading large and mid-scale OD initiatives, partnering with HR and business leaders, and developing materials to support adoption

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in organizational design or internal consulting/HR strategy roles.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Master's degree preferred (OD/I-O Psychology, HR, Business).

Responsibilities

• Supports large-scale organizational design initiatives and leads workstreams.
• Partners with leaders and HR Business Partners to align structure with strategy.
• Conducts change impact assessments and creates communication plans for transitions.
• Develops draft materials to support adoption of new structures and ways of working.
