Job summary

Exo Group, LLC is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to design and deliver learning programs that build capability, strengthen leadership, and drive performance. You will own adult learning strategy, curriculum design, and facilitation while leading train-the-trainer initiatives to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education
• Master's degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or related discipline preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, learning and development, or corporate training.
• Extensive experience developing instructor-led and blended learning curricula.
• Demonstrated success designing and leading Train-the-Trainer programs.
• Strong experience facilitating leadership development and professional skills training.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organizational development strategies that align with business goals.
• Assess organizational capabilities and identify learning and development opportunities.
• Partner with executives and department leaders to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Support change management initiatives through communication, training, and coaching.
• Facilitate leadership development and succession planning programs.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives that support growth and retention.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-paced learning programs.
• Create comprehensive facilitator guides, participant materials, workbooks, job aids, assessments, and learning resources.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to maximize learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Standardize learning content across departments to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain a library of training materials and update content as business needs evolve.
