Job summary

Florida Eye Specialists is seeking an Oculoplastic Surgery Coordinator to be the primary contact for patients considering oculoplastic procedures. You will educate patients, discuss treatment options and pricing, and help coordinate their journey from consultation to post-procedure follow-up.

The role requires travel to multiple locations based on clinical needs. After a 90-day probation, employees may be eligible for benefits including 401k and profit sharing after 1 year.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare counseling, aesthetics, cosmetic surgery sales or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex medical information clearly.
• Sales or customer service background with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Professional, compassionate, patient-centered, highly organized.
• Proficiency with CRM/EMR or lead-tracking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients considering oculoplastic procedures.
