Job summary

Connected Logistics is seeking an OCM and Training Lead at MacDill AFB to maximize adoption of USSOCOM EKM capabilities. You will drive change strategy, training design, communications, adoption metrics, and end-user enablement for enterprise KM tools and modernization initiatives.

The role involves readiness assessments, tailored training pathways, and continuous improvement based on end-user feedback and performance data.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience in organizational change management, training, communications, and/or an equivalent combination of education, military service, and professional experience.
• Agile, ATD, ITIL, or related certifications preferred.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise training and user adoption programs in federal or DoD environments.
• Familiarity with collaboration technologies, KM practices, and adult learning methods.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting technology rollouts, process changes, and enterprise adoption measurement.
• Experience supporting USSOCOM, Joint, Combatant Command, or Special Operations organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a role-based Train-the-Trainer and Change Champion program aligned with Prosci methodologies and Joint KM guidance.
• Lead OCM strategy and training planning for USSOCOM EKM initiatives, system rollouts, and workflow changes.
• Develop role-based training programs, user guides, communications, and adoption resources for KM platforms and processes.
• Conduct readiness assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change-impact assessments to reduce friction and improve adoption.
• Coordinate and deliver training for collaborative tools, KM competencies, and process changes.
• Support communication campaigns, workshops, and engagement efforts that promote knowledge sharing.
• Gather user feedback and performance data to improve workflows, documentation, and support strategies.
• Coordinate with platform, KM, records, and process teams to reinforce governance and standards.
