Job summary

BlueWater Federal Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior COP Manager (Training Manager) to support USSOCOM at MacDill AFB. You will operate C2 systems, synchronize situational awareness, and lead operator training across watch teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in GCCS, an active TS/SCI, and proven ability to brief senior defense stakeholders. This on-site role requires travel readiness and strong cross‑domain, data‑link, and training expertise.

Qualifications

Must have 10+ years of GCCS experience and an active TS/SCI clearance.
Expert knowledge of Joint Operations, Joint C2 systems, TDLs, and cross‑domain solutions.
Expert knowledge of Collaboration Tools (SharePoint), telecommunications tools (STEs/VoIP/VTC), and TDLs (Link‑16/Link‑11).
Ability to present to senior U.S. and Coalition defense leadership.
Experience directing and managing shifts for a COP watch team.
Familiarity with training development for military communications, C2, and situational awareness systems.

Responsibilities

Perform as Sr COP Manager and Shift Lead, including Training Manager responsibilities for operator training and proficiency.
Maintain knowledge of GCCS FoS, Maven Smart System, MCS COP, and other C2 applications.
Serve as SME COP Manager within a 24/7 watch team, coordinating theater-wide COP data.
Manage COP across multiple networks and respond to high-priority tasking for COP products.
Design and operate COP architectures to support exercises and real-world operations.
Coordinate data links and sensor data integration from COP sites and external sources.
Develop and implement training procedures, COP directives, and RMF-compliant security practices.
Administer and manage the PQTS training program.
