Job summary

RedSky LLC is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead/Training Lead to drive adoption of knowledge management, Microsoft 365, and data governance across the enterprise for DoD audiences from Tampa, FL. A Secret clearance is required.

The role focuses on delivering structured OCM activities, developing curricula, and guiding distributed teams to achieve measurable adoption outcomes in a challenging DoD environment.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 5+ years leading structured OCM frameworks (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter 8-Step, Bridges).
• 5+ years leading DoD or federal change initiatives.
• 5+ years of leading M365 adoption and collaboration tools adoption campaigns.
• 5+ years designing and delivering training curricula for diverse audiences (DoD/military preferred).
• Ability to support distributed teams across time zones.
• Understanding of how SOF units consume information and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise adoption of knowledge management, Microsoft 365, and data governance capabilities.
• Develop training curricula and deliver to DoD audiences.
• Apply structured methodologies and measure adoption outcomes to drive value.
