Job summary

Capio Group, a California-based IT consulting firm serving the public sector, seeks an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM)/Project Manager for a full-time remote role. You will lead change initiatives across complex IT projects, aligning stakeholders and delivering an integrated solution with centralized data systems.

Requirements include 5+ years PM/OCM experience, PMP or Agile certification, Prosci OCM cert, and 1 year with Accela Civic Platform.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of broad, extensive Project Management experience in the last ten years.
• Three (3) years in a lead capacity within the last ten years.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; substitution if applicable.
• PMI PMP or Agile certifications required; must be verifiable.
• Prosci Organizational Change Management Certification required; copy provided upon request.
• One (1) year of experience with Accela Civic Platform or Accela licensing/enforcement modules within the last ten years.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational change efforts for IT system implementations.
• Develop OCM plans, change strategies, governance, and KPIs.
• Assess readiness and develop readiness plans and communications.
• Conduct ADKAR assessments and remediation plans.
• Define stakeholder management and communication frameworks.
• Train client change agents and support persona research for end users.
• Drive continuous improvement and reinforcement of changes.
