ZipStaff Inc. is seeking an experienced OCM & Supplier Management Lead to serve as the strategic liaison between the Supplier Management Office and the Organizational Change Management team for a major transportation organization.

You will digitize supplier workflows, drive governance, and implement centralized processes with robust reporting and audits. The role requires strong change management skills, experience with Power BI/Tableau/Jira, and the ability to lead on-site in Washington,

Qualifications

• Proven track record in supplier management, vendor operations, or procurement transformation.
• Understanding of full vendor and contract lifecycle, including onboarding, RFx, and renewals.
• Experience digitizing manual processes with analytics and collaboration tools.
• Strong background in organizational change management and agile delivery.
• Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, SAFe) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with executive-level presentation skills.
• On-site work in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Assess current supplier processes, map current/future states, and centralize workflows.
• Lead requirements workshops with business units and procurement to standardize tools.
• Create SOPs, playbooks, intake workflows, and templates for SOWs, RFIs, RFPs, onboarding.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor supplier status, performance, and SLAs.
• Establish supplier performance framework with KPIs and governance cadences for audit readiness.
• Deliver structured change management plans with training materials and multi-channel communications.
