Qualifications

• Experience in supplier and vendor lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with procurement transformation and OCM.
• Knowledge of supplier governance, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Experience with process mapping and workflow digitization.
• Familiarity with change management frameworks (Prosci ADKAR/Kotter).
• Experience using Power BI/Tableau/Jira/Confluence/SharePoint or advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current supplier management processes and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Design and implement standardized, centralized, and automated supplier workflows.
• Manage supplier lifecycle processes including sourcing, onboarding, contracts, performance reviews, and offboarding.
• Develop supplier governance frameworks, KPIs, SLAs, scorecards, and compliance controls.
• Create SOPs, playbooks, templates, and procurement documentation.
• Develop supplier performance dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Jira, or Excel.
• Lead organizational change initiatives using ADKAR, Kotter, or similar methods.
• Develop stakeholder communication plans, training materials, and adoption strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops with procurement, business, and tech teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, vendor risks, and change adoption.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in supplier lifecycle management, procurement operations, process improvement, digital transformation, and organizational change management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing supplier management processes and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement standardized, centralized, and automated supplier management workflows.
• Manage supplier lifecycle processes, including sourcing, RFP/RFI, onboarding, contract management, performance reviews, and offboarding.
• Develop supplier governance frameworks, KPIs, SLA metrics, scorecards, and compliance controls.
• Create SOPs, playbooks, templates, and standardized procurement documentation.
• Develop supplier performance dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Jira, or Excel.
• Drive organizational change management initiatives using Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar methodologies.
• Develop stakeholder communication plans, training materials, user guides, and adoption strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and collaborate with procurement, business, and technology teams.
• Monitor supplier performance, vendor risks, compliance, and change adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in supplier management, vendor management, procurement transformation, or OCM.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end supplier and contract lifecycle management.
• Experience with supplier governance, vendor risk management, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Hands-on experience in process improvement, workflow digitization, and business process mapping.
• Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or other change management frameworks.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or advanced Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with procurement transformation and enterprise supplier management platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and Figma.
