Job summary

Idexcel is seeking an OCM - Organizational Change Management Program Manager to lead a remote engagement (EST) for 16+ months. You will liaise between Supplier Management and the Organization Change Management team to ensure adoption of new tools and processes.

Responsibilities include assessing current supplier processes, digitizing workflows, developing training materials, templates, dashboards, and governance for the supplier lifecycle (SOWs, RFIs, RFPs, onboarding, performance).

Qualifications

• Experience supporting supplier management, vendor management, procurement operations, process improvement, digital transformation, or related governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assess current supplier management processes, manual workflows, trackers, tools, templates, and reporting practices to identify gaps, risks, duplication, and improvement opportunities.
