Qualifications

• Proven record in supplier management and procurement transformation.
• Deep understanding of vendor lifecycle and contracts.
• Experience digitizing processes with BI, Jira, Confluence.
• Strong change management and agile delivery background.
• Active change management or agile certs preferred.
• Excellent communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess current supplier management processes, identify gaps and risks, and design centralized, scalable digital workflows.
• Facilitate structured sessions with business units to gather requirements and accelerate adoption of new tools.
• Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and templates for SOWs, RFIs, RFPs, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Build and operationalize dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Jira to monitor supplier performance and contracts.
• Establish KPIs, governance cadences, and risk controls for audit readiness and escalation paths.
• Formulate and execute change management strategies, delivering role-based training and clear communications.
