Job summary

Hireblazer is seeking an OCM Analyst to schedule, plan and execute project-level change strategies, measure readiness and sustainment, and support training and communications across IT and business partners.

The role collaborates with project managers, risk managers, developers, QA, and other technology teams to ensure stakeholder buy-in and successful adoption of software applications and systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs working knowledge of OCM methodologies (PROSCI) with deliverables.

Role: OCM Analyst

Summary

The primary role and responsibility of OCM Analyst is to schedule, plan and execute project-level change strategies, including the measurement of change readiness and long-term sustainability. The OCM analyst works closely with the project managers, business relationship managers, risk managers, application development team, quality assurance team, and other technology partners (DBAs, SAs, etc) to provide complete the IT Operations' tasks. Develops and implements testing, communication and training strategies and deliverables. Experience in being a team player in change management process. Possess in depth knowledge of each line of business to anticipate necessary changes in related to training, communications, stakeholder buy-in, behavioral change to facilitate successful implementation of software applications and systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ Yrs of Working knowledge of OCM methodologies such as PROSCI which includes development of such deliverables as Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Analysis and Communications Assessments.
• 5+ Yrs of In addition to analysis, assessments, and change strategies the resource will have experience developing work products such as change management plans, communications plans, and training plans. Execution of plans and work products is expected with stakeholder engagement and end-user adoption critical to success and measured through metrics and reporting (created by the OCM Analyst).
• 5+ Yrs of Provides project teams with coaching and guidance based on industry best practices to improve cross-functional coordination and communication during project execution.
• 5+ Yrs of Experience working with and reach all levels of employees.
• 3 Yrs of Experience on large Information Technology efforts with Agency-wide impact.
• 3 Yrs of Creates a weekly executive summary of all project statuses including highlights for leadership's attention. Generates high-quality, tailored reports and analysis to inform the decision making of senior leadership.
• 3 Yrs of Develops content for dissemination to non-technical users.
• 3 Yrs of Supports the development and maintenance of relationships within ITD and across the agency. Develops and executes communications plans for the CRM to communicate project work, priorities, and impacts across the agency to provide transparency into CRM projects.
• 3 Yrs of Provides project teams and users with documentation based on industry best practices to improve understanding of technical changes.
• 3 Yrs of Contributes to an inclusive environment that values differences by building and maintaining collaborative relationships with team members, peers, and ITD leaders. Preferred Skills

• 4 Yrs of Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Change Management or related field.
• 3 Yrs of Marketing and/or corporate communications experience.
