Job summary

Concept Plus is seeking a Trainer to lead OCI/Cloud@Customer knowledge transfer, training, and operational readiness for client environments. The role ensures client Technical Advisors, Hosting Coordinators, and operations staff can independently operate and support delivered environments.

You will develop training materials, runbooks, and onboarding documentation, while coordinating with engineering to keep documentation aligned with the delivered architecture.

Qualifications

• Solid OCI and/or Cloud@Customer operational knowledge.
• Experience creating training content and delivering KT to government audiences.
• Strong technical writing for runbooks and docs.
• Familiarity with cloud operations and support processes.
• Ability to satisfy client security requirements and obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OCI training and knowledge-transfer engagements to client Technical Advisors and Hosting Coordinators.
• Provide Cloud@Customer knowledge transfer, runbooks, and onboarding.
• Develop training materials, runbooks, and operational readiness documentation (Section 508 compliant).
• Support OCI integration into client tools including Lens, Match, Helix.
• Coordinate with engineering leads to keep docs aligned with delivered architecture.
