Job summary

Oracle is seeking a senior leader to coach and guide the OCI CORE Training Delivery team across multiple U.S. sites. You will establish a scalable training delivery model, define clear goals, and partner with HR and stakeholders to ensure consistent adoption of training content.

You will balance leadership with individual contributor work during growth, communicate progress, and drive accountability across the team, focusing on onboarding, upskilling, and impact across data centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, manage multiple projects, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results.
• Demonstrated ownership and a proven track record of driving results.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new team: support hiring, onboarding, and build-out of Data Center Training Delivery teams across multiple sites.
• Define vision, strategy and goals for the organization and for individuals and teams.
• Create, launch, and maintain a scalable training delivery model for OCI data centers and coordinate onboarding with recruiting.
