Job summary

Oracle is seeking a results-driven Learning & Development leader to guide the OCI CORE Training Delivery team across multiple U.S. sites. You will coach managers, set goals, and ensure the training program aligns with Oracle's data center strategy.

You will build a scalable onboarding and train-the-trainer model, partnering with HR, Recruiting, and business leaders to standardize delivery while maintaining flexibility for various operating models.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to thrive in ambiguous environments and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication with business and engineering stakeholders.
• Proven ownership and track record of delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new Training Delivery team across multiple sites.
• Define vision, strategy, and goals for the organization.
• Create, launch, and maintain scalable training delivery model.
• Expand onboarding to new data center sites globally.
• Partner with CORE Program Managers on onboarding and upskilling.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across OCI and HR.
• Define and monitor success metrics for the team.
