OCI CORE Learning & Development seeks a proven leader to build and coach a geographically dispersed Training Delivery team across US data centers. You’ll define vision, strategy, and measurable goals, while ensuring on-time onboarding and program execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a new team across multiple sites to support hiring, onboarding, and the build-out of Data Center Training Delivery teams.
• Define the vision, strategy, and goals for the organization including individual and team objectives.
• Create, launch, and maintain a scalable training delivery model for OCI data centers and coordinate onboarding with Recruiting.
• Expand the onboarding model to existing and new OCI data center sites globally leveraging feedback and lessons learned.
• Partner with CORE Program Managers to deliver early career, onboarding, and upskilling programs across the data center organization.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders from front-line managers to senior executives across OCI, HR, and Talent Acquisition.
• Define, implement, and monitor KPIs for the newly established team.
