Job summary

Concept Plus is seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead / OCI Architect to act as the senior technical authority for common IT services on OCI platforms. You will own end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of scalable services, leading cloud engineers and interfacing with government stakeholders.

You will guide migrations, enforce RMF controls, and drive DevSecOps, IaC, and data replication strategies while ensuring continuity and secure operations across the Oracle tech stack.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required for this federal role.
• 8+ years of progressive Oracle and cloud architecture experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with major OCI components in a Federal/DoD or large enterprise environment.
• Active Oracle Cloud certification (e.g., OCI Architect Professional or equivalent).
• Active DoD Secret clearance required to start.
• Active DoD 8140/8570 IAT-II or higher certification at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical architect and authority for common services on Cloud One OCI.
• Architect and oversee OCI migrations including Oracle eBS and WebLogic infrastructure.
• Direct DevSecOps pipeline implementation and IaC/Terraform on OCI.
