Job summary

Concept Plus is seeking a Trainer to lead OCI/Cloud@Customer knowledge transfer, training, and operational readiness for client teams, ensuring client Technical Advisors, Hosting Coordinators, and operations staff can independently operate and support the delivered environments.

You will develop training materials, runbooks, and 508-compliant documentation, and coordinate with engineering to align documentation with the delivered architecture.

Qualifications

• Solid OCI and/or Cloud@Customer operational knowledge.
• Proven experience creating training content and delivering technical KT to enterprise/government audiences.
• Strong technical writing skills for runbooks and operational documentation.
• Familiarity with cloud operations and support processes.
• Section 508 accessible-document experience.
• Must satisfy client security requirements and obtain/maintain applicable client background investigation and clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OCI training and knowledge-transfer engagements to client Technical Advisors and Hosting Coordinators.
• Provide Cloud@Customer knowledge transfer, runbooks, and operational onboarding.
• Develop training materials, runbooks, and operational readiness documentation (Section 508 compliant).
• Support OCI integration into client tools including Lens, Match, and Helix.
• Coordinate with engineering leads to keep documentation aligned with delivered architecture.
